1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the citynow platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the citynow brand. These Terms take effect from the date you first access or use our platform.

By clicking the "Register", "Login" or any other action indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the citynow platform immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To use the citynow platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never been designated as a prohibited individual or blacklisted by any regulatory body.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or third party.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at citynow. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. citynow employs an advanced detection system to identify duplicate accounts.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all wagering, financial transactions and communications made through it. Please take the following steps to protect your account:

10 Account Termination

Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, and eligible real-fund balances (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard policy.

Termination by citynow: citynow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
